Maybe skip this one and stay somewhere else. The Keurig was broken, the body wash container was empty, the water from the bathroom sink was extremely low pressure and didn't run warm or hot at all, the door code didn't work (I was only able to get in by unlocking the door through the website) and the location wasn't great. A mile from both northern liberties and downtown and not really near any rail line station. Definitely spend the extra bread and stay elsewhere.

Great view, and they don’t expect you to do chores before checking out that I appreciate. However the parking situation would’ve been great if there was better communication. I paid for parking, there was no instructions on how to get in, the pin. They told me to head to parking but waited outside for 15 minutes trying to figure it out on an extremely busy road. Caused a lot of unnecessary stress. Room was great, but parking needs to be explained better. Other guests told me the same as well.

The apartment we rented was great for a longer stay, even though we were only passing through for the night. The Institute, right next to the entrance, was so convenient and good! Definitely need to arrange for parking. The street parking was very full
