I've stayed at the Boulevard Stays twice now and it's been absolutely fantastic both times. Close to Downtown, The Gulch and Midtown. You can pretty much walk wherever you want to go. The staff is friendly. The building is secure and I highly recommend the place.

Great location walking distance from all the fun on Broadway. Felt like we had a NY city apartment in Nashville! In room laundry machine was a real plus. No staff on site. Only 7 parking spaces available for purchase. None were left during our stay. Bed was only a few feet off the ground. Felt like we were sleeping in a lumpy hammock. That mattress has been pounded. Overall good value for the money.

The room is spacious and has everything you need. The area is quiet, clean and safe to walk around. The walk to downtown is about 10 minutes. We walked to our concert at Nissan Stadium too. It was about 25 minutes. Nice restaurants and coffee shops around. A lovely park nearby too. When we arrived it was not easy to find at night since it was late. We also misread the room as 284 since the writing had a slash across the 0. The toilet was clogged and took til noon the next day to be fixed. The communication was very quick and efficient. There is also a washer/dryer which we needed, but could not figure out how to properly work. For the price and going rates of rooms, it was a good value. I would stay there again.
