Great reception and housekeeping personnel. Nice classic hotel with good size two-room suites in a very nice neighborhood of Belo Horizonte. Short walk to beautiful Diamond Mall.

Excellent hotel with a wonderful included breakfast. Was given a kitchenette suite on the top floor that was very nice. Within walking distance of the central market and dozens of dining options. Definitely would stay there again.

An older property, but the price point was good.

Breakfast was excellent. Hotel location was good. It felt safe walking around the neighborhood and there were good restaurants nearby. The property is old, and it shows. The bedding was old and needed to be updated. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Perfect place for business/fun/vacation

It was an ideal place to stay. The staff at the front were wonderful to work with. Elvis was kind enough to help me with my luggage. Breakfast was great too. lots of options that change everyday. It was an ideal location with everything walking distance. Supermarket around the corner, Mall was a ten minute walk ( mostly because it was a huge hill). Too cold to go in the pool, but it looked dreamy. I loved the steam room! Perfect way to distress after work. The view from the 22nd floor was everything.

Hotel bem localizado, proximo ao Terminal Conexão Aeroporto, restaurantes, farmácias bares e restaurantes. Meu check in foi rapido e prático. Meu quarto do jeito que eu gosto, andar alto, boa cama e ducha.O quarto é amplo, dividido entre, sala, cozinha e o quarto. Tinha frigo bar, TV LCD na sala e no quarto, micro-ondas, fogão, artigos de cozinha, o shampoo, condicionador e sabonete liquido com um cheiro delicioso, roupa de cama e tolhas bem cheirosas e o melhor, vista livre para a cidade. Tem sauna, academia e piscina. O café da manhã é muito bom, com muitos itens e um pessoal bem atencioso.O que eu reparei em todos os dias, foi a preocupação com a qualidade dos alimentos, a nutricionista sempre medindo a temperatura e recolhendo amostras dos alimentos. O restaurante do hotel funciona no horário do almoço e jantar e tem um espaço para pets. O atendimento de todos foi excelente. Adorei ficar hospedado neste hotel, gostei da arquitetura, da decoração e localização.

The hotel is super well located close to restaurants, bars and sightseeing. The building is an old building so all the rooms are also old in general and a bit outdated. But they are spacious rooms. The breakfast is good quality and varied.
