The air conditioning didnt work and there were fruit flies in the unit. Location was very convenient. Stairwell and elevator was musky so the intial entry was awkward. Overall i enjoyed the stay because i love my family.

Clean and easy access with coded locks. Close to all the shops, short walking distance to Bell Centre, and a nice jaunt to Old Montreal and Mont Royal. Would definitely stay there again.

The little details like the comfy throw to cuddle up in, the expresso machine and immaculate condition of the space all lead to a wonderful stay

The property at Bakan was not what was advertised to us. We were told it was a "city view" of downtown Montreal. Meanwhile, our view was of the buildings HVAC system. While we tried to sleep, these units would constantly boot up, making a ton of noise. On top of that, the apartment was hot as all hell, so god knows what these HVAC systems were running so hard for. The apartment was okay. Modern and sleek, but a bit less clean than a premium hotel experience. The elevator was sketchy to say the least least, and the stairwell has mysterious stains on the wall. I will be staying elsewhere my next visit to Montreal.

A little confusion with check-in. Did not realize I had to contact the host for an access code to front door, was not advised of this by Expedia. Once we got into the apartment everything else was great.
