The rooms are very clean and the Housekeeping is very good. The hotel itself is quiet, but there are lots of state noises to be expected from being in New York City. This was my second stay there and both of them have been excellent

This was a gem of a find for the price paid for the room. Similar rooms were going for three times more. The room was clean, in a GREAT location, had a kitchen to make breakfast at, and most of all the property managers were helpful and very accommodating to get me into the room quickly and with no hassle, on a booking day almost everything in the city was sold out. Thank you for the great stay!

It was good to find a well located hotel during a busy & expensive time of year. One guest would mark it negatively, reporting their side of the bed badly broken, tilting them to the floor all night, and with very little water pressure in the shower. The other guest, a former NYer, was happier with the hotel.
