We very much enjoyed our stay at Millcreek Hotel. We were in town for a wedding. The room was very large and comfortable. We had a full one bedroom suite with living room, bedroom, small kitchen and two television sets as well as a patio. There was a full breakfast included, which was quite good. The swimming pool and exercise room are small, but appeared clean. We did not use them. The location was very good with easy access to the walking path. There was a bit of noise from the road, but it was not terribly bothersome. The owner makes soup every day which is available anytime They also have lots of little candies and iced tea available during the day as well as cookies.

Loved it. A lot of personal touches. Very Romantic setting worked out great for rekindling an old love that if I was wiser I would have never let her go.

The staff couldn’t have been nicer! Our suite exceeded our expectations. We were celebrating our 30 year anniversary and they put a sign congratulating us on the wall of the elevator! One of many special touches. The lobby offered refreshing specialty iced tea drinks as well as water, coffee and hot chocolate. There was even complementary chicken noodle soup and chocolate chip cookies. The breakfasts were great. Hot good food that was a perfect way to start each day. The location was ideal. We were within a couple minutes walk from everything (shops, the lake, restaurants, boat tours and ice cream shops). We will be back and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Lake Geneva.

Very clean hotel with friendly staff. Had the romance package which was amazing and well thought out. The hot tub was very large which was very roomy for 2 people. Many downtown restaurants and bars were within very short walking distance and did not need to drive at all. Heated pool and hot tub was nice and clean. Plenty of chocolates around was a great touch. Had a great time and would definitely go back again.
