This private apartment at the Hyde Beach house was clean, comfortable and well stocked. Enjoyed all the amenities and the check in staff is so friendly! This was our third time staying at the Hyde and it did not disappointment. It was great for our family, like a mini vacation before our cruise.

I have read some of the other post regarding this place with the exception of the parking everything was great. We were there during World Cup games and everything was fantastic. No long wait times on elevators. No rude employees rooms were clean. Etc.! The parking was my only issue with paying 40$ nightly 20$ guest per day. No self parking valet only. Other then that our stay was great!

The apartment was roomy, clean, with great views from the wrap around balcony. The staff was friendly, especially Fiona, who not only checked us in, recommended a fabulous pizza place, and continued throughout our stay making sure everything was good.

We took a girls trip for 4 days and stayed here. It was so clean and spacious! Front desk staff were super helpful and nice. Pool was amazing! Would definitely recommend!

Beautiful views from the pool area. Well kept grounds, and updated beautiful units. The only downside we experienced is a lack of elevators for the size of the tower. The waits for elevators often exceeded 20 minutes especially trying to go down in the late morning (around checkout time).

The elevators were indeed a nightmare. The sofa in the property was so gross& stained everywhere. The floor was filthy. And the crowd overall throughout the complex was not a great crowd.
