Unit was clean and fully equiped. Pool area and grounds ate meticulously clean. Pools are not heated. Beach seawead was cleaned and removed every morning. Chairs and umbrellas provided and set up for you. Overall excellent accommodations for a family vacation.

An unforgettable stay at Mareazul My stay at Mareazul was absolutely amazing. The condo was beautiful, very clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed to relax and enjoy our vacation. The ocean view was stunning, and the common areas—like the pool, gardens, and private beach—were all impeccably maintained. Mareazul is an easy taxi ride to downtown playa and a great choice for families. Its quiet, with a nice beach and a huge pool. We stayed in the ocean front penthouse and the views were amazing.
