Check in with Tiera was excellent!! She greeted us with a smile, and set us up with our room and she explained everything that was going on for the days that we were there. What i didn't like was the rude lady that called us and thought that we didn't have a late check out. She needs additional customer service training.

This property was older and well built, very clean, quiet, covenant to shopping, dinners and Bush Gardens. The only issue my husband and I had with the unit was the thermostat clearly didn’t work at all. We made the best of our situation. It was warm at times very warm, we tried turning the temperature down; that didn’t work and the cool tab didn’t work. So we just opened the window. But overall it was a good stay.

Family Getaway

We had a great time. The hotel was clean, the landscape well maintained. The room isn't luxiorious but definately spacious and comfortable. Fantastic location! Very close to Colonial Williamsburg (like 3 miles) and other historic sites are also fairly close by. Easy to find and outlets and stores and restaurants are also close by.
