Location was handy for Uber to downtown, nice view of the Siene from our room. We had 3 rooms booked, one was perfect, one had an impressive number of ants, which could not be removed, and the other smelled like stale water, perhaps in the shower/sink. The breakfast was great and a good price, self-serve continental buffet. Easy walk to a nice bakery and across the river to the subway stations. Overall, the accommodations were not perfect, but for the price, satisfactory.

The hair dryer was not working, and despite reporting it to both the night and day staff, no solution was provided. During our five-day stay, I had to let my hair air-dry naturally every day. The Wi-Fi was also unstable and frequently disconnected

The room we got was great with a kitchenette with all the basics, even washing up liquid. The bathroom was good too and the room itself was big enough for luggage and it has space to sit too. The bed was comfy. However, the pillows not so much and no extra pillows. The room had a very intense tobacco smell that it didn’t disappear even by opening the balcony. There were no hangers and when asked in the reception, the night receptionist had no idea where they could be and the morning receptionists could only find three clipped hangers, better than nothing but with a great wardrobe, some hangers would be expected. There was no hairdryer either in the room or bathroom and when asked at reception they were all gone. So the place has great potential but lacks some details.

Very comfortable stay

Great place to stay for families and/or business. Really friendly staff, perfectly clean place, comfortable atmosphere, nice beds and bathrooms, great storage, very nice services. Really quiet room even next to the highway (that was really impressive).
