The property is clean and it works if you just need a place to crash. Location is great and there’s an excellent “padaria” in the corner. Staff have no permission to enter your room while you’re staying so if you stay many nights it could be a problem but staff is attentive if you need help. Eugenia (a lady on cleaning duty) was super nice and picked up the trash from me, gave me extra soap and towels when I complained.

This studio is functional and will serve its purpose - but it lacks some special touches to win a 5th star. The good: - Location: just one block away from Paulista Avenue, bakery Bela Paulista (that is 24 hours), drug stores, super markets, and restaurants, besides access to the metro. The location can’t be beaten. - Has the basic items you need, like plates, dish soap, and air conditioning that is essential during summer. What can improve: - there is no apparent decor or identity in the room. Everything is basic and white. It feels like minimal effort was done. You feel like you’re living in a box. - the tv has the apps you need, but feels like the cheapest tv possible - aggressive monetization: while the apartment has plates and other things you may need, some other things like a hair dryer or pots to cook aren’t available: instead, you are offered to RENT those, and they are charged PER HOUR OF USE. I have never seen a system like this, and it really rubbed me off the wrong way. I chose to purchase my own travel hair dryer. - the apartment I stayed in had no view - it faced another building. The bathroom had the window painted over, showing that this building want meant as living originally. Conclusion: it’s a functional apartment near the best area of São Paulo - but it has no personality, doesn’t feel good to live in, and the aggressive monetization of basic expected items may feel offensive. I’d look at other options before renting this one again.

O local, o ambiente é muito bom, só um barulhento porque fica no primeiro andar tem uma academia no térreo e a rua é bastante novimentada. Masssss pra quem gosta de agitação é maravilhoso. Perto de tudo, bares padarias, supermercado.

O problema do local é o barulho! Os quartos que são para a rua são Extremamente barulhentos! Existe um bar em frente ao local que tem música ao vivo todos os dias até de madrugada !

O anúncio nos pareceu confuso. Deveria ser colocado que o estacionamento é "pago" em vez de "disponível". O quarto é mínimo, enquanto que o banheiro é tão pequeno que para se abrir a porta pelo lado de dentro, não se consegue se nos posicionarmos em frente ao vaso sanitário. O Box escoa água pelo banheiro, quando se toma banho, bem como espirra água da pia quando se lava o rosto. Limpo, mas com aspecto de ser bem gasto, não oferece a sensação de limpeza espetacular esperada pelo anúncio. Mesmo tendo refeito o check in para mais 1 dia, não retiraram o lixo do quarto, muito menos trocaram a roupa de cama. A recepção é atenciosa e somos gratos a um rapaz em especial, o Victor, que nos ajudou com o APP do Booking, com o qual tivemos problemas para estender a estadia. Talvez para uma pessoa que precise estar perto da Av. Paulista a trabalho esta seja uma boa opção, mas para nós, a localização foi muito desagradável, mesmo estando no período das férias escolares. Nos vários APPS encontrados na Internet, há excelentes opções e com preços melhores. Este hotel foi uma decepção para nós.

O melhor dessa estadia é a localização, perto da Av. Paulista, da padaria Bella Paulista e de estações de metrô. O estacionamento é seguro. O que eu e minha esposa não gostamos tanto foi o cheiro do quarto, que não estava muito agradável, mas de resto, foi tudo tranquilo, voltaríamos mais vezes.
