About this property

Villa Ay

This villa features a seasonal outdoor pool, concierge services and dry cleaning. Free WiFi in public areas and free valet parking are also provided. Additionally, laundry facilities, a 24-hour front desk and a free food/drink shopping service are on-site. All 8 individually decorated villas provide free WiFi, free wired Internet and Select Comfort beds. Kitchens come with fridges and ovens, and guests will also find upscale touches, such as private pools and jetted baths. Private bathrooms are not en suite and change of towels is available on request.
Villa Ay offers 8 air-conditioned accommodations with private pools and coffee/tea makers. Rooms open to furnished balconies or patios. This individually decorated and furnished accommodation has separate sitting areas and includes day beds and dining tables. Select Comfort beds feature Egyptian cotton sheets, down duvets and premium bedding. A pillow menu is available. 100-cm Smart televisions come with premium satellite channels. Accommodation at this 5-star villa has kitchens with fridges, stovetops, microwaves and separate dining areas. Rooms have detached private bathrooms. Bathrooms include a separate bath and shower with in-room jetted baths, a rainfall showerhead and a hydromassage showerhead. Bathrooms are also outfitted with hairdryers.

Guests can surf the web using the complimentary wired and wireless Internet access (speed: 500+ Mbps (good for 6+ people or 10+ devices)). Business-friendly amenities include desks, desk chairs and computer monitors. Hypo-allergenic bedding, change of towels and change of bedsheets can be requested. A great villa holiday

Everything was good, the owner was friendly and helpful. Recommended us places to visit in Kas. The villa has a washing machine, which is very useful. Overall amazing stay.

We have just returned from a wonderful week staying at the Villa Ay in Kas.The villa is excellently located.if you have a car, it takes only 7 minutes to go to city centre. If you don't have a car, busses are passing near the Villa , The hosts of the villa were very kind.

We recently stayed in Villa Ay Kas The villa was absolutely beautiful and was exactly like it was pictured on the website.there are kitchen and Jacuzzi bathroom It was really clean and catered for everything you could possibly need. The view from the villa was pool and mountain. The Villa staff were extremely helpful,Thank you so much for everyone

I bought this villa with package tour on expedia.Nice location.We really loved it.Private beautiful terrase and pool for this price.Clean and spacious room. Only there isnt breakfast.The personel were mostly nice and helphul.

The space inside the unit is beautiful. Having your own private pool was very cool and the unit was clean and well kept. The host was nice to deal with but he did want cash for the cleaning fee and room deposit. He gave the room deposit back on checkout with no issue. Now to some of the issues. For 2 days of our stay we had little to no hot water. I wasn't sure if the hot water only works during the day or what but we couldn't use the jetted tub when we wanted due to no hot water. We went in September and the temperature was very hot but the pool was freezing and unswimmable. We stayed 5 nights and did not get any cleaning services and used the same towels. I did not ask for more but I feel like this should be offered in a longer stay. The area around the property needs a lot of work and is quite messy. Overall the stay was fine but I would not stay again .

Unser Aufenthalt in der Villa Ay war einfach großartig. Die Villa war bei unserer Ankunft makellos sauber, modern eingerichtet und sehr komfortabel. Besonders die Privatsphäre mit eigenem Pool hat uns begeistert. Trotz ruhiger Lage ist das Zentrum von Kaş in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Der private Parkplatz war ein zusätzlicher Pluspunkt. Insgesamt ein perfekter Aufenthalt – wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt und würden die Villa jederzeit weiterempfehlen.
