Excelent facilites, the área was very safe. A lot of Circule K and restaurants closed to the hotel. The attention of the person who tracked muy reservación and registration was awsome. Very very plased with the attention.

Overall room was ok, bathroom had very hot water and not easy to adjust to proper temperature, sink was clogged, towels minimum and had to request more. Location was great, it would be perfect once fixing those issues. We had a nice time.

The pool solar panels are consistently leaking into the hallway. I got a custom to a wet floor by the front door and the door consistently sticking and having problems. Otherwise the apartment was in great shape. A little bit more attention on the kitchen appliances and utensils would be appreciated. I only had one fork.

La zona está muy bien pero no me enviaron el número clave para abrir la puerta, en expedía tienen un precio y para que te den las instrucciones de check in lo hacen hasta que depositas la garantía de seguridad que puede ser una cantidad única u otra mayor que te reembolsan 14 días después. A las 10:45 de la noche que logre ingresar al cuarto el piso estaba lleno de cucarachitas muy pequeñas y la regadera estuvo horrible sale pura agua hirviendo o de plano fría; la presión de repente bien y de repente se caía. Las almohadas las tuve que sacudir porque estaban llenas de cabellos. Nunca me había pasado algo así. No lo recomiendo para nada. El check in es a las 15:00 hrs y el check out a las 11:00 am no son ni 24 hrs.

El hotel y la habitación muy agradables la vdd muy cómodo y en excelente ubicación pero el check in demasiado incómodo ya que tienen que verificar varias cosas y a mi me tardaron cerca de una hora y media para poderlo realizar además de que tienes que dejar un depósito en garantía o pagar un extra de un seguro más por noche

Hay Walmart express cerca, la habitación limpia solo que la coladera de la regadera estaba tapada y se inunda se va muy despacio el agua, había solo 3 toallas y se especificó que éramos 4 y no había juego de cama para el sofá solo sábana y solo habían 3 almohadas, el agua de la alberca estaba muy fría, el aire acondicionado o enfría bien
