Very easy process. Easy check in/out. Beautiful view. Beach was gorgeous. Little too windy to swim in ocean but the pool and hot tub provided are nice. Would recommend to anyone.

The unit was absolutely perfect for what our family needed. The size was wonderful for our family of 5 with one of the bedroom spaces its own little apartment. Tons of comfortable seating space. There were a couple of things I thought could have been better. The jetted tub in the master bedroom didnt work. The washer and dryer in the main part of the unit were awful, dryer took 2 cycles to dry a small load of light clothes. The kitchen is well appointed except no niceties…things like salt and pepper or coffee filters would have been nice. The minimal toilet paper and paper towels that were provided were awful and only 1 garbage bag was provided. Bed pillows could stand a refresh. Outside of those things, it was wonderful. Pool is great, parking is easy, access to the beach is great too. Love that it is a more secure area. We would stay again.

The condo was beautiful just like the pictures portrayed. Balcony view was mesmerizing. Restaurants nearby were delicious and reasonably priced. Andy D's was our favorite and we highly recommend their chicken nachos, and it is enough to be a meal on ita own. Loved that the property was gated. Only thing we had any issues with were the doors, our front door was hard to get locked and the sliding glass doors were difficult to get open. We will be back.

This was a beautiful condo, right on the beach, we had a spectacular beachside view. I would absolutely stay there again. The only thing i was disappointed about was the jetted bathtub in the master bathroom was not clean. It appeared clean, but when you filled it with water the water was filled wkth lack and brown debris once you turned on the jets. I am assuming the jets had not been cleaned in awhile. Sadly due to this I did not use it.

Great view of the gulf and pier. Moderate waves, mostly clear water, crystal sand. Not for shelling. Nice bike path across street. Great city park across bridge with water pad and accessible playground. Pearl has an accessible pool, hot tub and boardwalk to beach. Room itself needed cabinet maintenance, new rugs and water pressure can go low. Mostly clean except utensil drawers. I texted property mgt on link they offered but got no response. Was holiday wknd. Nice area. Easy to access and Labor Day wknd gulf was perfect temp.

The property itself was fine, although the sliding door to the balcony is broken and difficult to open. This had been mentioned in a previous review. Despite many signs saying 'No smoking or vaping' on the property/ balconies etc.. There was a regular odor of cigarettes- and an illegal substance. Particularly on the balcony. The most irritating thing about our stay was, there was no contact from the property until about an hour before we were due to check in. I am a regular user of Expedia (platinum member) and always get the check-in information emailed to me the day before. I had no response at all from messaging the property, and I had to call twice to get the check-in information on the day of arrival. The last time at about 3pm. I will say when I finally did manage to speak to someone, the gentleman was courteous and prompt in addressing the issue. I have NEVER left anything other than a complimentary review in the past, but feel it important to point out these issues.

The good Nice balcony and the granite stood out. Carts downstairs were convenient. The bad Everything inside is pretty dated. Had to call guest services to figure out what was going on with the door lock so we could get in. Apparently there's even a note saying you have to pull the handle. Also too complicated trying to lock it on the way out. No other kind of lock on the inside of the door so felt a bit sketchy at night. No smart tvs in any room. Come on, you can update these to 2024 for <$300 and get a bigger tv. Wifi login inside the condo is old misinformation. The refrigerator started leaking when we turned the ice maker on. Had to call guest services to send someone. After pulling the refrigerator away from the wall there was some half eaten toast and other food items found behind and yes, bugs. Couldn't fix so no more ice. Not a pen to be found anywhere in the place, not even in the guest book. Had to use kids crayons. None if this stuff is that big of a deal but just made me not want to stay here again.

The property management staff communicated clearly at the perfect times before, during, and after our trip. The only hiccup we had was we were sent the wrong access code to our unit. A quick phone call fixed that issue. Would definitely stay again!
