Large space, kitchen well fitted but there was no pasta drainer and no vegetable peeling tool. Beds are very comfy. Aircon works well. Location very central. Small pool on the roof is great with the heat but should come with a time slot booking. We were on quiet week but I can imagine accessing pool in summer days much more challenging,

Beautiful apartment and fabulous location. Very clean and loads of space for the 4 of us. We booked the one with our own roof too terrace and it was lovely. The coffee shop CAPPUCCINO downstairs is also wonderful. Food and drinks were delicious and the staff were super! Would definitely recommend 10/10

Extremely well located (except for nearby parking!), good for everything in central Seville and all of the sights. A newly renovated and smart apartment. A wonderful stay. The only thing I take issue with is the forced requirement to send pictures of ALL details of valid ID for all guests. This is actually illegal according to EU law, but many German and Netherlands companies require it. All that is required for accommodation (per EU law) is full name, DOB, POB, city of residence, and ID type and number. Meanwhile, the host company now has SS and health details, everything. This is outrageous. I will never stay again.

EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION WITH STAFF. EXCELLENT LOCATION. ELEVATOR ISSUES WERE SOLVED IN 2 DAYS. I WOULD RECOMMEND TO HAVE SOME SHOWER MATTS TO AVOID ACCIDENTS SINCE THE SHOWERS WERE SO SLIPPERY. WE HAVE AN EXCELLENT TIME.

L'appartement est vraiment top, il y a tout ce qu'il faut, il est confortable pour passer un agréable séjour, il est en centre ville près du métro, donc un peu bruyant mais il y a des boules quies à disposition qui sont bien utile. Tout est accessible à pieds, c'est vraiment agréable.

Numa prestigio

Appartement duplex situé en plein coeur du centre ville, proche des monuments à visiter, des cafés, restaurants et des transports en commun. L'interieur est comme neuf, moderne et très propre. La terrasse est accessible depuis la chambre à l'étage, qui vous donne un joli ptit point de vue du quartier. Ptit bémol, il faisait anormalement chaud dans l'appartement (visite en novembre) et la clim n'avait pas l'air de fonctionner.
