False advertising saying it's a resort when it's a condominium, amazing pool, friendly staff, not too happy when the room I rented had a leak in the ceiling bathroom and also leak from the shower door. Thankfully the owners changed the apartment for us.

Some kitchen staff it was a bit rude, we were waiting around 1:30hs after asked for food in the dinner, it was a nightmare and the restaurant it was empty. I book an luxury apartment but it was dirty walls e some damaged electronics.

Room Neglected, Very Dirty, Refrigerator was broken we ask to be Fixed but nothing, They did not care we asked for a bed sheet and we never received and Nobody showed up and we asked for Towels and Nothing as Nobody Cares and never showed up, The Restaurant by the Resort with Very Bad Food and Rude Servers by the Restaurant, that Resort its a Trap

Quarto limpo, sala legal, internet funcional, a vista prá praia existia, porém a Praia não dá para banhar, porém a piscina do condomínio é muito boa, principalmente o condomínio que tinha entretenimento para todas as idades. O banheiro não era muito bom, precisa de uma reforma. Fora isso muito boa a hospedagem do Beach class muro alto.

O Beach Class Muro Alto tem uma boa estrutura física, mas deixa a desejar em vários aspectos da operação. Os pontos positivos ficam por conta da piscina, da academia, das quadras de areia, futebol e tênis, além da recreação para adultos e crianças, que foi bastante divertida. O restaurante Sr. Dom também merece destaque pela comida saborosa e pelo excelente atendimento. Infelizmente, o restante da experiência ficou abaixo do esperado. O "Club Kids" praticamente não existe, resumindo-se a um pequeno parque de madeira. A sala de jogos também é muito fraca, com poucas opções para adultos e quase nada para crianças. O jantar do restaurante da piscina foi decepcionante: comida fria, sem sabor e com aparência de reaproveitamento. Nem café havia disponível. Outro ponto preocupante foi observar funcionários manipulando alimentos, inclusive na cozinha e na estação de tapiocas e omeletes, sem utilizar touca. O atendimento da maioria dos funcionários também poderia melhorar, pois em vários momentos parecia que estavam fazendo um favor ao atender. No geral, achei um bom hotel, mas não um resort. Pela estrutura e pelos serviços oferecidos, a experiência lembra muito mais um condomínio de lazer.

Localização complicada, pois existem vários "Beach Class" perto e o GPS se confunde. A área externa é muito bem cuidada, mas o apartamento necessita de manutenção (geladeira e fogão enferrujados, fata de uma lâmpada no banheiro etc). Café da manhã bom, com elogios para senhora que faz as tapiocas e omeletes. Um pouco barulhento (acho que tinha um gerador próximo e fazia ruído direto).

Equipe muito atenciosa e atende muito bem, a vista é incrível, mas pela área poderia ser mais pet friendly, o acesso do pet é bem restrito ao apartamento se o proprietário permitir e ao estacionamento, não permite na área da piscina, nem no restaurante

O condomínio é uma ótima opção de hospedagem em Muro Alto, com uma boa estrutura. Seria melhor se a comunicação e a administração fossem concentrados para que não fosse necessário aguardar resposta do proprietário. A alimentação poderia ter mais qualidade.

Recentemente me hospedei em um bangalô gerenciado pela New Time no Beach Class Muro Alto e, infelizmente, a experiência ficou muito aquém das expectativas para um resort desse porte. O sentimento geral é de que o empreendimento está com uma aparência datada e sofrendo com a falta de manutenção preventiva. O que precisa melhorar urgentemente (Pontos Críticos): Manutenção do Bangalô: Enfrentamos diversos problemas estruturais. A porta de entrada estava emperrada, dificultando o acesso. O sistema de climatização foi uma loteria: o ar-condicionado do primeiro andar apresentava vazamento (pingando), o da sala funcionava de forma intermitente ("quando queria") e apenas o do quarto térreo operava normalmente. Equipamentos e Utensílios: A cozinha é muito mal equipada. Faltam itens básicos como um liquidificador, além de uma quantidade insuficiente de talheres e copos para os hóspedes. Segurança e Instalação: O fogão foi instalado colado à parede, o que causa um superaquecimento perigoso da estrutura (já apresentando marcas de queimado). É um erro de instalação absurdo e um risco desnecessário. Iluminação e Elétrica: O bangalô é escuro; faltam pontos de luz em diversos ambientes. Além disso, as TVs são um problema à parte: a do primeiro andar sequer ligava e a do quarto térreo perdia o som constantemente, exigindo que tirássemos da tomada para resetar. Gestão do Resort: O condomínio passa uma impressão de abandono. Estava visivelmente desorganizado e com pouquíssima movimentação.

Quarto possuia muitos itens quebrados. O pet friendly é apenas deixar seu animal dentro do apt. Ele mal pode circular pelas dependencias. Cafe da manha, almoco sao razoaveis, poucas opcoes. Funcionarios parecem que trabalham com raiva. Apenas uma mulher do restaurante (que nao lembro o nome) que foi muito simpatica conosco. O resto sempre trabalhando de carq fechada.

Foi alugado um quarto, chegando no hotel o quarto estava indisponível, perdemos 2h no check-in. Nos colocaram em outro quarto inferior com a promessa de troca para o quarto que realmente tinha sido alugado, porém isso nao ocorreu. Diante disso foi nos prometido um horário extra de check-out até as 17h, porém começaram a ligar dizendo que tinha só que sair do quarto e iam colocar nossas coisas para fora. Não recomendo esse hotel a ninguém. Amigos falaram que tiveram a mesma experiência. Espero ser reembolsado pela diferença
