Apartamento muito bem cuidado, tamanho excelente, ótima localização. Cozinha bem equipada. Muito próximo da praia, serviço de cadeiras e guarda sol. Funcionários do prédio bastante cordiais e solicitos. Piscina de excelente tamanho e aquecida, com prainha para crianças pequenas. Duas vagas de garagem de tamanho generoso. Recomendo o imóvel e pretendo utilizar mais vezes.
