Excellent location, not right in "downtown" and a bit quieter but easy to walk to all the popular areas/restaurants in 10-15 min. Very nice host. Steep stairs to get into unit. Very clean, would stay again.

Nice layout with good kitchen. Need more supplies such as coffee and toilet paper. There was no balcony with our unit and the door opened directly into the open air which was terribly unsafe; a crack in the door patched with duct tape. Could have used more blankets as well. Overall, okay for the value. Easy access to train and bus and cute shopping area for coffee and food just one block away.

Clean apartment and it suited our needs. Kitchen equipment was a bit sparse but it worked well for light snacks and drinks. Good location - within walking distance to good area for cafes, shops and restaurants. Many homeless people near apartment building but they did not bother anyone.

There are pros and cons to this place, so let's start with the pros. The apart-hotel is located on a quiet canal street, away from the tourist trails yet still conveniently situated. Many cafes, restaurants, and coffee shops are just steps away. The place was clean with comfortable beds and felt spacious. The kitchen had all the necessities for a short stay. Cons: Although the apartment was clean, the furnishings are a bit worn and the decor is very austere. A leg on one of the beds was broken. We also got the sense that the other guests were there mainly to party, and on more than one morning we found trash and bottles left in the common areas.

There was excellent stay. Numa is excellent, we thank you for the service and space. Quite refurshibed, new, everything simple but nice, working etc. I have also reserved Numa for other city after that stay. I strong recommend.

Apartment was clean and had adequate amenities. Walking distance to restaurants and shops. Area was quiet but you can hear others staying above and next to you. Mattresses were a little uncomfortable but overall a nice stay.

Amazing vintage shops and cafes nearby, in a fabulous street that takes you to the city centre in a 15 minute walk. This was a lovely characterful part of Amsterdam that we enjoyed much more than the larger tourist areas. The flat was nicely presented, basic but comfortable. The proximity to the local shops and Central Amsterdam was great.

Photos do not do it justice excellent stay

Apart from a small mishap with the toilet that was fixed quickly and effciently, this place and the photos on Hotels.com does not do it justice, the hotel room is clean, fresh with all the ammenities you need. Central to one of the main streets where you have all you need not to mention an amazing view of the canal. No bad comments at all. Excellent place excellent service excellent stay.
