The place was good but they NOT only charge me a $200 security deposit that was almost more than a booking itself but when I tried to extend for 1 extra night they overcharged me and made me pay through there private portal which was a huge inconvenience and when I asked for extra soap they never answered or brought soap.

Great place to stay!

Really nice, cared for and sensibly organized place. Was impressed at how effectively space was used to provide all you need without creating cluttering effect. Everything is just in the right place, neat and clean.

The place is great. Highly recommended. Clean spacious and very confortable. Close to the metro station and to several supermarkets. The only negative is the wifi. Very slow and unreliable. Other than that o would stay again for sure

Would highly recommend!

Excellent! Easy 20 minute walk from main train station. Grocery shops nearby and only a 10 minute walk from main high street. Great location for getting to the centre of Vienna.

Very clean and hi-tech apartment that is close to Metro station, and is 2 stations away from the city centre.. Very close to Vienna Hbf railway station also if coming by train. Excellent communication with virtual portal. Included washing machine was a pleasant bonus. Will stay here again if returning to Vienna.

Comfortable, well decorated, fully equipped in kitchen and bathroom with a washer and towel heating rack, great water pressure to get you relaxed after all day walking, and very convenient to metro transportation and supermarket, we ate breakfast every day during our visit. Management is very accommodating. And extra exercise using the stairs!

Great cosy apartment!

Really lovely apartment - small but cosy. Perfect for 2 people. Microwave and stovetop so easy to cook food & a good size fridge with a freezer compartment. Taxi cost about £35 to airport from here. Transport is great, the U-bahn stop Reumannplatz it’s a short 3 minute walk away and very easy to navigate. Lots of shops nearby including an Aldi. Will definitely stay here again when i return.
