★☆☆☆☆ – Very Disappointing Stay I would not recommend this hotel, especially considering the price charged for the rooms. The biggest issue during our stay was that the room's air conditioning/fan was not working. We stayed for two nights and reported the problem immediately during the first night. Unfortunately, despite notifying the reception/security staff, no meaningful action was taken. The issue was never repaired, and we were not offered a different room, a portable fan, or any alternative solution. Sleeping in a hot room made the stay extremely uncomfortable, and it was frustrating to see such a lack of concern from management. What made the experience even worse was the complete absence of follow-up after the complaint was made. For the rates this hotel charges, guests should reasonably expect basic amenities such as a functioning air conditioning system and responsive customer service. Sadly, neither was provided. Very expensive for the level of service received. Poor customer care, unresolved maintenance issues, and an uncomfortable stay. I would not stay here again and cannot recommend it to others.
