Well equipped apartment

This is like one bed room apartment with full kitchen. The property is old but well maintained. Everything we needed is provided. Also, appreciate the cancellable option with higher price even though we didn’t cancel. Frequent shuttle bus service to Lionshead village was very nice. I would stay again.

Zero communication. Exceptionally rude staff and the Manager was worst than the desk staff. (if you are able to actually speak to him) Laundry machines broken, no change at the front desk. The parking lot is tiny and a cluster. Pool area was ok but the hot tub looked like it had not been cleaned in weeks. Property was old and needs extensive updating. Room was dirty. Stained carpets, hair in the tub and sink. Sheets were stained. Black mold in the window sills. After speaking to the desk staff and Manager about it all, we were told " then your obviously not welcomed back and should leave the property as soon as possible". Had such a horrible time here, I will post my review everywhere I can. The area is great and we will be back to Vail but do not be fooled by the affordability and online photos of this property. Staff alone is worth looking elsewhere. I can not stress enough to not stay here. Hoping to stop another family from a horrible experience.

Downsides were they put a plastic type of flowers, the water was already brown. The balcony wasn’t the balcony I was expecting. It was literally in front of hot tub which was a little elevated from the room. It has cable tv, pretty decent. I love the living/dining area and kitchen. The room was okay, spacious but oldie. Overall, 3.5.

Spacious and clean; interior should be brighter

The unit I got was clean, spacious and well stocked with kitchen equipment and toiletries. My only issue is that it looks like it was last decorated in the 70s. Colors were shades of brown and lighting was subdued. Although it was perfect as a place to sleep, it wasn't an inviting space I'd want to spend the day in if the weather were bad. However, if you want a relatively reasonably priced place that's conveniently located and interior design isn't an issue, then this is a great place to stay.

Nice one-bedroom suite with full kitchen and 2 tv's and dvd players. Everything comfortable and attractive. Good counter space in bathroom and plenty of dresser drawers. Pool highly pleasant in the afternoon -- part sun and part shade. All staff super friendly and helpful. No housekeeping during my stay (Weds-Sat), but plenty of towels available.

Resort staff was accommodating, but room request for disabled needs were somehow lost at reservation. Also, absolutely not enough parking available and only one handicap spot designated. Location was awesome...near everything you might need. Comfortable and nice full apartment style accommodations, with two bedrooms and full kitchen and dining area, too. Will go back!

Very quiet and peaceful away from the mainstream.

I was there primarily for business attending a seminar. It was not within walking distance to my meeting which I knew when booking, so did require driving or transportation into town. The front desk staff was tremendous and did everything possible to satisfy some personal needs and requests. They were truly terrific and made my stay very wonderful!

Wonderful experience

Starting with the ease of booking this vacation spot all the way to when we checked out to head home, it was such a wonderful experience! The price was within our budget and the staff and facilities were top-notch. We felt very at home because the room was so comfortable and had everything we needed. I would DEFINITELY recommend Eagle Point to friends!!!!
