満足は広さだけ。

全然エグゼクティブスイートではない。ファミリー用の広めの部屋なだけだった。 入室時に塩素の臭いが充満しており気持ち悪くなった。 ２階の端っこだからか景観が悪かった。予約時にその旨の記載が欲しかった。 そしてベランダに吸殻が山ほど目につくところに落ちていた。 マイクロネシアモールのシャトルバスが少ないのは仕方ないとしても来ないのは、話にならない。

コンドミニアムに宿泊。他の方のレビューを見て心配していたが、普通に綺麗だった。トラブルがあった時も迅速な対応だった。 シーツを替えて貰うには枕もとにあるプラカードを枕の上に置いておく必要がある。宿泊者用のプールがある。洗濯用の洗剤はホテル内のショップに売っていて、1ドルだった。洗濯機が2ドル、乾燥機が2ドルで、25セント硬貨で支払う必要がある為フロントで両替してもらった。客室から海は見えなかったものの、坂を上がった上からの景色は絶景だった。ホテル内にあるチャモロ亭は予約しておかないと、早めに終わる可能性があるので気をつけて。深夜便で着いたが、普通に対応してくれた。グアムはタクシーの流しが禁止なので、ホテルまでどう行こうか空港で迷っていたが、空港の出口にタクシー乗り場があるため、行ける。日中に到着する便ならTギャラリーまでのバスを使えば、Tギャラリーとオーシャンビューは歩いて5分程度なので安く行ける。タクシーは空港→ホテルまで大体25ドルが相場らしく、スーツケース1つにつき、1ドルかかる。現地の人に聞いたが、タクシーはアジア人が多く利用する為、チップが含まれている金額らしい。ホテルの前の坂を降ると、遊園地とABCストア、サークルKなどがあり、生活に必要なのはなんでも揃う。ホテルはデポジットとして100ドルが必要だが、汚さない限り満額返ってくるみたい。客室のアメニティを利用したが、デポジットから引かれなかったので無料のようだ。3日間利用したが、不便はなかった。

広くてキレイで快適。

部屋が広くてキレイ、キッチン設備もしっかりしてて使いやすい。何度か他のコンドミニアムを利用したけど、もう他のコンドミニアムには戻れないくらい快適でした。 難を言えばエレベーターホール等の共用部分は古さが感じられる。 ホテルの入り口看板がわかりづらい。 坂道が急過ぎて長いので年配の人には辛いかも。 ビーチまで少し距離がある。 まぁビーチに行く時はウエスティンのエレベーターを使ってホテル内をスルーすれば良いし、ホテルの共用部分の古くささも部屋に入ってしまえば関係ないしホテルスタッフの対応もとても感じが良いので、あの心臓破りの坂道を制する体力のある人には超オススメです。

안은 좋은데 방역 소독이 문제인듯 합니다.

로비에 바퀴벌레 죽은거 하루 그대로 있네요. 다음날은 쇼파 왼쪽에 하나 오른쪽에 하나 두 마리가 누워 있었어요 엄지만한거고요 ㅠㅠ 방은 리모델링 되서 너무 깨끗했지만 다음날 식탁에서 엄청난 개미때들이 음식위로 있어서 놀랐네요 리모델링한 주방 가구 나무에 문제가 있어 보입니다. 체크아웃 할때 개미 많았다고 얘기해줬어요. 외관은 낡았지만 안은 훌륭해요

아쉬워요

우선 건물이 오래되어서 겉모습을 보고 깜짝 놀랬습니다. 오래된 건물의 모습이 그대로 느껴졌고, 많이 허름함을 느꼈어요. 다행히 건물 안 방안은 리모델링을 통해 바뀌었지만 에어컨 조절도 내가 조절하기 어렵게 되어 있었고, 호텔에 묶는 이틀동안 세탁기의 고장으로 타월도 교체받지 못했어요. 이런 불편함이 많았지만 그 중 한가지 좋은 점이 있다면 호텔의 위치가 시내 중심지에 있어서 주변에 맛집도 많고 관광하기 좋은 위치라는 점입니다.

5인가족 이용가능한 숙소.가성비 귿

5인가족여행이었구요. 방이 한국형으로 되어있어서 복도형 아파트라고 생각하심 딱이구요.냉난방가능.. 방 2개에 더블2개 1방과 싱글 2개1방이 있구요. 거실은 소파있어 엄청넓어요. 주방시설완비, 냉장고 2문형 대형냉장고구비 욕실 2개...완전만족..시장봐다가 1달 살아도 될듯한...물은 첫날만 4개주고 끝...다음날은 안주고 사다드셔야하구요.2층에 세탁실 구비 2달라씩 세탁과 건조가능.로비서 직원이 동전바꿔줍니다. 전체적으로 만족합니다.

もし日本人がカウンターに居たら頼むと直ぐに対応するが従業人ほぼフィリピン人で対応は最悪。

立地も良くレジデンスはとても広くて綺麗、家族向けのプール、売店もいいけれど午前頼んだタオル交換は何回電話しても返事は直ぐハウスキーパーを 送るというが21:00まで来なかった。 空港の送迎に車を出すというがタクシー呼んだほうがぜんぜん安かった。 フィリピン人の受付は最悪だった。

今回は2度目の滞在でした。リフォームされていて床や水まわりが新しくなっていたので以前より清潔になりよかったです。ただ前回は鍵が壊れたり、今回はwifiの機器がなかったり、タオルチェンジ依頼しても繁忙期でタオルがたりないのでプール用の青いタオルをもってきたり、トイレットペーパーすら在庫ないなど、トラブルが多いです。フロントに依頼してもなかなか対応してくれないので忍耐力が必要です。5泊滞在しましたが結局掃除はしていなく、タオル変えたりゴミ捨ててくれたのとベッドメイクは2回位しかしてもらいませんでした。フロントも掃除のスタッフも備品もケチらずに配備し、サービス向上を願います。

세군데 숙박시설 묵었는데 여기가 제일 좋았어요!!!! 4명 중 2명씩 방에 묵엇는데 방안에 화장실도 각각 잇구. 거실도 넓고. 위치는 시내쪽이랑은 2~3분정도 차로 더 가야되지만 그런건 노상관 ㅎㅎ 외관은별루여두 내부는 정말 만족햇어요!

옆방이 리모델링을 하는 중이여서 시끄러웠어요 우리가족이 쓰던방은 깨끗했지만 천장에서 물이 떨어져 고생좀 했어요 이틀 자고 방을 바꾸는 번거로움이 있었고 개미가 있어서 망고칩을 못먹고 버렸어요ㅜㅜ

The property is currently undergoing renovation. There’s noise during the day while the crew is working, so when you’re trying to take a nap, you are woken by the noise. But hey, at least they’re not working in the middle of the night 🙂

호텔은 공사중

전층이 공사 중입니다. 새벽 6시부터 망치와 드릴 소리에 시끄러워 잠을 잘 수가 없습니다. 단, 배정받은 방은 리노베이션을 마쳐 깔끔합니다. 이 정도 규모로 공사를 하려면 호텔을 일정 기간 휴업하는 곳이 상도덕에 맞는거 아닐까요?
