They are remodeling the lobby so the front was not too attractive. We had 2 rooms. The first room was small and the shower didn’t work so we were moved to another room. That room was spacious and very nice. You could live in that room. Over all, I enjoyed my stay. The management were attentive to our needs.

The hot tub/spa area was closed because of construction, it would have been nice to know this ahead of time when booking seeing as how part of the reason we booked was for the hot tub. Poor customer service we could not get anyone to answer the phones while there and it’s a huge hassle to get cookware if you want it. Overall the hotel was ok but the customer service skills are lacking

I will never stay at this hotel. The pictures make the hotel look spontaneous but once you get there it is dirty and the pools had dead bugs and was just filthy over all. I regret booking this hotel. They don’t even have decent bedding. I checked out super early the next morning because I couldn’t take it anymore.
