总体满意！在房间吧台抽屉里发现了个空矿泉水瓶，告知后酒店作出了道歉并给予补偿，态度非常诚恳，让我们再次体验了IHG品牌是可信的！下次还会选择IHG！

因有部分地方及房間在建設中或番新中，工程周邊環境比較髒！房間看到湖边上的沙灘都要有很多工程的雜物！ 房間空間十分寬敞，但就是沒有提供免費的瓶裝水！

Nice hotel, great view, great location, but will love it more if the swimming pool’s bigger with a view as well would b nice. Overall experience are nice.

Avoid!

The worst 5 star hotel I have ever been to. The property is only 2 years old but it feels like 12. Everything - I mean everything - is run down. I don't even want to get into the details because it would just make me agitated.

位置极佳的酒店

酒店位置非常好，几乎在湖上。窗外就是宽阔的湖景！去附近的九华山和黄山都很近。自助餐厅的早餐和晚餐都非常好，品种多，味道好，相对中式的食物更好。作为度假来说酒店设施比较完善，孩子的游乐设施也很棒。有二点遗憾：1、游泳池保养一般，清洁度欠佳，2、客房餐饮菜单没有标明食物是否辣，不利于孩子饮食。

Great views of Taiping Lake

Hotel is located at Taiping Lake, so the views are wonderful. The rooms are nice and large and very comfortable. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet has a nice assortment of hot and cold foods. The location is a little isolated without a car, though.
