I think you will find this review to be very consistent with others. Wonderful property, rooms, and overall experience. Their check-in process needs work. If you’re going to have a virtual check-in process, people should be armed with all of the information necessary to enter the room when they arrive at or after 3 o’clock. The people attending this process are slow to respond.

My husband and I stayed here for 4 nights in May 2026. Our suite was equiped with everthing one could possibly want. Clean and so lovely. The grounds are are stunning. This is a peaceful oasis. I highly recommend.

​Subject: A peaceful and beautifully maintained riverside escape ​We had a very pleasant stay at Rio Verde. If you are looking for a tranquil getaway, this is a wonderful choice. ​The Highlights: ​Serene Atmosphere: The area is incredibly peaceful, and having the river running directly behind the property added a lovely, calming soundtrack to our stay. ​Stunning Grounds: It is clear that a lot of care goes into the property; the grounds are beautifully curated and a joy to walk through. ​Excellent Communication: We experienced a short power outage during our visit, but the hotel staff handled it perfectly. Their communication was proactive and excellent, which made the minor inconvenience much easier to manage. ​Overall, a lovely experience. We would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area!
