I went on my college spring break to Fort Lauderdale and stayed at the Bayview Regency Apartments. For the price that it was, I was not expecting it to be as amazing spacious clean and greatly located as it was. I 100% recommend this place to anyone!

The cleaning staff was great, wonderful place for eight people to stay… Close to the beach, the pool was a little cloudy, but that was OK… We had some noisy spring breakers down the hall that’s to be expected

The property was fine for the price. The pool was cloudy and looked a little dirty. It looked like they kind of remodeled the 3 bedrooms but cut corners. There was nowhere in the bathroom to store your toiletries. The one bed had hair on the sheets, and the bed linens could be updated. Also, the blinds in the bedrooms were kind of broken and the curtains were not wide enough to cover the whole window.

Great for family of eight .

My stay was excellent, place was clean and quiet . Had pool available. Check in was great . Anytime I’m in Florida this will be my place to stay . Wish I can rate more than five stars .
