Breakfast bar was empty when we went to breakfast at 8:00 am. Only a small amount of cereal. No waffle mix and no coffee. Juice machine was out of order. No fruit. Ice machine on our floor was out of order also.
The tub had mold around the sides
The tile in the bathroom was cracked
The wash basin was cracked
The door did not fit properly-could see through the crack in the door
No Kleenex was found in the room
The hall from the pool to the elevator was constantly wet
The rooms AC wouldn't cool the room. The shower had mold and hair in it. For 3 people staying in the room we were only provided 2 bath towels. My family were unable to swim in the pool,a group were drinking, playing loud music and throwing a Frisbee around.

Disliked: Room comfort
Disappointing stay
Room was clean overall, though a stain on the comforter. Common areas had not been vacuumed in a while. Doors to rooms are loose and make a lot of noise when opened and closed. Bed was very uncomfortable and AC unit did not cool the room well. Lots of noise from the highway and hallway.
This really needs some help, pictures are so deceiving. The walls are so thin, hallways are hot and rooms had a musty smell. I personally DO NOT recommend this place.
The first room they gave us, the door was unlocked and no key was needed to enter. The room was by a rear entry, that was propped open by a rock. The 2nd room had electrical issues and the a/c was not working. The 3rd room only had one king bed and i paid for two queens. The 4th room, which we ended up staying in, was hot upon entry and tool a while to cool down. It did finally cool down enough to want a blanket, which the room did not have. There was a top sheet and thin decorative throw. The shower did not have a curtain. At check out at 9 AM, there was no staff available for the grab and go breakfast, which was the only option as they did not have their breakfast area setup. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
The refrigerator was broken, asked for another one, that one too was broken/leaking. The table had a broken leg but you could tell someone tried to piece it back together as if it wasn't. The chair that goes to the table was also broken and wouldn't sit upright. The pillows were filthy, had to get those changed out. The sink was dirty, even the Kleenex box was filthy with brown stains on it. The towels were dirty with red stains all over them. No iron. It was ridiculous!! Spoke with the manager the next day and she stated she knew about the table but wondered where they get the extra fridge from...insane. She also stated that was a last minute room and they had some type of leak and other issues. My question is why would you rent that room out? This ruined my son's birthday. The next day we were out of there. This was a last minute booking and all the hotels in my price range were completely booked. This Quality Inn makes all the Quality Inns look bad.
The bathtub was not good at all. Mildewy arround it and the handle was off the wall.
We had a sleep couch with dirty stain sheets. We requested towels and they were dirty as well.
This was the biggest waste of money. The sheets and blankets were dirty. The beds were made but all had nastiness on them. Not just old washed stains. It looked like fresh maybe food stains? Hopefully not feces. Pubic hairs in the bath tub. Pillows and pillow cases had stains on them as well. No continental breakfast like advertised. The pool and hot tub were open. But the hot tub didn’t work. There were soda machines on each floor. None of them worked. They took your money but didn’t dispense drinks. It was horrible.
The room was not clean when it was giving to us , sheets were stained dirty , supposedly it was a non-smoking room the odor in the room was bad like cigarette, we had a whirlpool in the room not nice at all, we were told breakfast was served from 6 to 9 , went early for breakfast nothing was served

Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities
The room was barely cleaned and the bathroom was falling apart and appeared to be molding. There was also a yellow toenail (yes someone else’s) laying on the carpet by the bed. Overall wouldn’t recommend, we stayed there because there was no power or water in Austin and it was the only hotel available.
We booked a place for the pool and free breakfast, the pool had a sign on the door that read closed and we were told they didn't serve breakfast, although they advertise free breakfast buffet, also had a hot tub that was out of order as well as the ice and soda machine located on the floor our room was on, so we decided to not stay there.
