Booked for 4 adults. Apt had 1 queen 1 twin bed. Enough for 3 adults. Absolutely filthy sofa didn't come with bedding. Called reception but house keeping never came. The place was filthy. (Like had poop stains etc) 2 other parties in the building had similar bad experiences. Stay away. Leaning in direction of a scam..

The location was amazing. If you are in shape to walk, Old San Juan is so close to walk to and safe. Likes: -The location was great, we had the end unit with the wrap around balcony, and it was amazing to sit out there and relax in between sightseeing. -There is a really cute bakery at the corner of the street with amazing coffees and pastries. -Chickens waking us up every morning. Didn't bother us at all! -Right across the street at night there is a small area with a hut that opens up and you can sit at the tables and drink and they play music -Ubers were really cheap and easy to get. Most of them spoke English Dislikes: -Air conditioning only in bedroom and they ask you keep the door closed so the rest of the apartment is so hot. They have two stand up fans but it didn't help much when we were there - Bathroom needs updated. No where to put items in bathroom. Maybe a shelf in the shower to put things on and a shelf over the sink or stand up shelves over toilet, and a new shower liner (was really dirty) Overall it was a cute little place!

My stay at Nando’s place in San Juan was absolutely perfect! From the moment I arrived, I felt safe & comfortable. The neighborhood had an authentic local feel, & everyone at the nearby businesses was incredibly friendly & welcoming. It was a great way to experience San Juan beyond the typical tourist areas. The apartment had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The air conditioning was amazing & made a huge difference after spending the day exploring in the Puerto Rican heat. I also appreciated having thoughtful extras like a clothes steamer, blow dryer, coffee maker with coffee provided, & a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary pots, pans, utensils, & cookware. It truly felt like a home away from home. The bed was comfortable, & everything was clean & well organized. The towels were beautifully arranged, adding a nice welcoming touch that made the space feel even more inviting. Every detail showed that the host cares about providing a great experience for guests. The location was excellent for exploring San Juan while enjoying the charm of a real local neighborhood. I always felt at ease coming & going, & I loved supporting the nearby small businesses. I would absolutely stay here again & highly recommend Nando’s place to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, well-equipped, & welcoming place to stay in San Juan. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!
