Clean, spacious, great views, very safe, good wifi, well appointed and stocked! Best of all, were the staff who were genuinely friendly and welcoming and very helpful! For this reason I became a repeat customer and will definitely stay here again! Thank you!

Check in was very easy and the staff were very friendly and assisted with all enquiries. The accommodation was as described and exactly what we were after. The pool and gym facilities were great. Location was perfect for us - quiet and away from the hustle and bustle. Within walking distance to Queen Vic Market, trams and also within walking distance to the CBD and shops.

Overall was a good stay. Good location, able to leave bags, quiet room. However room cold as the heating vent faces the window and there is no heating in the bedroom. Apartment not cleaned properly with rubbish left in the kitchen. Very hard bed, not just firm, hard. On balance there are better places to stay.
