The place has roaches. When we got there the manager was rude. We couldn’t get in. They took their sweet time to get us what we needed to enter. After traveling all day we just wanted to rest. The next day the owner was another piece of work. We had clothes left behind. He told me he would let us know how to retrieve them. He never got back to us. Ignored my calls afterwards. The place is a rip off buyers be aware and stay far away from this place. Overly priced for no reason. Plenty of nicer and cleaner places to go. My next step is to report to better business bureau and the health department.
We are being charged for pass and vomit. Which is not true. There is no pass since we had a code to enter. We didn’t use anything but beds to sleep. We got in late and left early. The biggest disappointment in service!!!!

I liked the location of the property. However, the owner was money hungry. He charged me extra for a guest when the agreement clearly states no more than 7. He also charged me 50 dollars for a corral reef decor that was broken before i got there. I literally had to find him in person just for the complementary wifi password and it took him an additional 45 minutes at check in to give me a door code to access the property. I felt judged before even stepping foot on the property and he made uncomfortable racial comments. I only booked this property because it was the only thing available. I do not recommend this condo to anyone unless it is under new ownership.

We really enjoyed our stay at Los Cabos Condominiums. Condo and views were beautiful. Looking forward to go back soon. Good communication with owner as well. Very responsive to my messages. Thank you.
Condo was located in a great spot. Parking was perfect the condo was clean. Location was perfect so we could pack the wagon and walk to the beach. I would do it again!

Over priced
To begin with this was not a luxury condo. Door knob fell off of bathroom. Couch was ripped up, dresser was broken. The dispenser for shampoo and conditioner we're empty we had to go buy our own. No trash bags for trash can yet they wanted us to throw trash. We stayed 3 nights and we're charged an extra 50 dollars a day for cleaning yet no one ever came to clean. Check in took about 40 minutes and was all done by phone and text message. Had to download an app to give a 250 dollar deposit plus the 150 for cleaning. And when I sent a text three days after I left for the deposit I had to download the app again and the money is supposed to be mailed in a gift card. We could not figure out how to get cable all we had was Netflix and you tube. The good was they had a wagon you could use to take your things to the beach. Bed was very comfortable. Pool was small but we had it to ourselves until the last day when a family of twelve took it over. AC took over a day to cool was sweating at night had it set at 70 but it showed 78
Very over priced for what we had.
This place was amazing! The entire place was so clean and cozy, I didn’t want to leave! There’s a shower outside that is so convenient. Walking distance to the beach and Wanna Wanna. Good communication with the owner as well, answered all my questions/calls. Overall great place to stay, I will definitely be booking this place in the future!
Condo is in a great location. Walking distance from our favorite restaurant bar, (Wanna wannas) and other restaurants. This place is well maintained. Also my family had a speedy check in and out. My family and i enjoyed our stay very much. Thank you
Had a family trip planned and unfortunately the owner/property manager, Andrew, ripped me off! After receiving the confirmation email, I called the number I was given for check-in instructions. It tuned out to be some guys cell number and he didn't answer my calls. It wasn't until I texted him that he called back. He then sent me an invoice thru PayPal and after careful review I noticed he was tacking on an additional $50 that was not previously disclosed anywhere. I asked him for a copy of the policy that states there is a $50 "property fee" on top of the $250 deposit and $90 cleaning fee and he refused to show me any . I tried to cancel but since they have a no-refund policy I was forced to continue with the transaction only Andrew never took my calls so I could finish the transaction and check in. I was left with no room and no refund ! I lost $461!!!!! Ended up having to stay at the Lighthouse in. They are called Cheap Getaways but the only thing cheap was their service. Andrew is a scammer , do not book here . Look elsewhere !!!
The pool was in terrible conditions green/cloudy water. The ac unit cooled downstairs but upstairs was a bit warm. One of the rooms was extremely sandy so we swept it up. After we paid Expedia fees we ended up paying 500 extra (with a 250 deposit). There’s only one tv upstairs in one of the 3 bedrooms but the speaker doesn’t work as it sounds muffled. Door handle to main bedroom restroom falls off from the inside, and last but definitely not least the refrigerator did not cool at all so all of our milk products had to be thrown out after the first night.
I responded to a survey once already. I'm a 30 year military vet and currently an 8 year military civilian. I say all of this just to say I've traveled extensively during that time and currently travel approximately 30 times a year. This is by far the worst experience I've had in my life. Andrew, the property owner, is the biggest scammer I've ever met and I'm so disappointed that a company of your caliber would allow someone like him to use your service. Please see my other response for more details but I will try to capture it once again in this response. Bottom line, I talked to the owner the day before our trip to make sure all was good. He said he had a concern because my son needed to be 25 to reserve the room. I told him no problem and that my son was booking the condo but I along with my wife and two of my son's friends would be there as well. He asked how old my son was and after I said 21 he said okay I will let him come on his own. I explain I wasn't trying to break any rules and plus I was coming anyways. I thought all was good. Well the next day he called and asked what the deal is and I told him nothing had changed and we were 30 minutes away. Bottom line, the place wasn't ready and we didn't get the code until 8PM. He stalled as the cleaners worked and they finished cleaning after 7PM. We had to rent a Best Western room for the first night. And then he asked for and additional $1172 deposit which he's nto return. I need to talk to someone ASAP.
There is a huge variation in costs from website a the rental company. The check in time and check out times are different and there are a few hidden fees that Expedia doesn't declare.

Beware! RENTERS know what you are getting into with this property BEFORE you sign!
First let me say that I had a horrible experience with the manager Andrew. Rather than devolving into the bizarre details I’ll simply state the facts: 1) On the original VRBO reservation that I made, there was no mention of additional fees and contracts that would be necessary. 2) The property manager did not give us access to the property by 4pm as indicated on the VRBO reservation, insisting that we pay him additional fees 3) The security deposit was used by the property manager as a weapon after we began to have a dispute. He charged me a large amount for “not calling him when we left” even though the condo was in good condition and it was never stated in the contract that I had to call him. In his own contract it stated, “Early check in or check out is available for a small fee” But he seems to make up the rules as he goes. 4) Communication with the property manager is not easy. He will quickly respond to texts when it suits him, but when the conversation turns to items that “the tenant” is concerned about he tends to quickly vanish. I do want to be fair to Andrew, (although I don’t expect he will grant me the same) I am used to a very simple process with my VRBOs reservations. Typically, I pay what the VRBO agreement states and then the rest is easy and simple with the property. With this reservation, I unfortunately assumed that I would have the same great and simple experience. I was very wrong. Enter an agreement with Andrew V. AT YOUR OWN RISK! While I respect his right to manage his property however he sees fit, potential renters should know that he is not exactly transparent and forthright with all of the details of renting his property. While one should always read the “fine print” of a contract, with Andrew, it is imperative. The fine print WILL be used AGAINST YOU. Notice, that I haven’t mentioned a single thing about the condo itself. This is because, for me and my friends, our vacation was about spending quality time together and having fun. Instead, we had to spend the better part of 5 hours dealing with Andrew before he would let us in the apartment! That’s right! Because I hadn’t read all of his “additional contract” he decided that he wouldn’t give us the door code until I gave him additional fees (almost double) and sign agreements that had nothing to do with VRBO. Watch out for Andrew and please be careful!
If you are looking to relax, this is not the place to go. You will be concerned on the rules the owner asked you to sign before check in. Just to mention a few that upset me because of our plans we made. Quiet time 10:00 PM~8:00 no in and out of the condo. I cannot be with my dog in the couch. My kids love to sit down with our pet. I have paid extra for the pet and cleaning. You cannot have a visitor in the condo. Because we have a baby, we are not able to be outside too long; so we make plans with my friend to visit me in the condo but this plan was also frustrated. I will be charged if they find any sand in the condo. We are going to the beach, chances are that even after showering you will bring sand with you.
This place was very comfortable to stay and somewhat centered in South Padre Island so everything is just a few minutes away. I do highly recommend this place to those who want to find a place that will make them feel at home.
This was such a nice place to stay! There's a lot of rules but they are there for a reason. for example "no parties" I actually like that as some of us actually want to sleep at night. I think the check in process is better then waiting in an lobby. Do expect fees (resort, cleaning)
