The apartment was well stocked. It was also spacious and clean. Beds were comfortable. The front desk person was very helpful and friendly. One of the court yards could have had a little extra light late at night but it was a fantastic stay and will do it again. Would definitely recommend.

Great stay!

Amazing staff, clean room, great location. Wifi was not reliable, but that is not staffs problem. The front desk is only open till 17:00 (5pm) so if you don’t have internet connection it is difficult to check in and provide deposit, had to make security deposit in cash (which was returned upon check out) Very much recommend this location as it is walking distance to everything.

Overall, the apartment was spacious and clean. The only issues are a weird patch on the roof of the bedroom that was supposedly due to a water leak where you can sometimes hear water dripping noises from, and the heat gets quite overwhelming if you get a top-floor apartment like I did.

It was a little misleading that the listing says there is laundry facility on site. In fact what it means is they can help you arrange laundry service with a 1-day turnaround. I was expecting that they have a room where you can do laundry on your own. Other than that, I had a nice stay at this apartment.

Overall, we were satisfied with the apartment. We Overlooked that there is no AC and one room didn't include a fan. It was very easy to access the property and very clean and spacious. It is very close to everything but the actual area is not the nicest to walk around.

Pretty much fine only minor niggles

Having three different codes for three different doors was a bit tiresome but once inside, the apartment was comfortable , spacious and well equipped. Parking could be challenging so it would have been helpful to know that it may be a problem. It was hot when we stayed .we we’re on the third floor and had the windows open overnight and we’re disturbed on a couple of occasions by inconsiderate guests shouting in the courtyard below . A fan for every bedroom might be a good idea so you can keep the windows closed overnight if it’s hot. Overall though the apartment was really pretty good .

We had a late check in, 9pm and there were no lights at the entrance of the property. Had I been by myself it would not have felt safe as the area around the property is rough. There was no way to call or speak to anyone. The first night we had to endure loud noise as there was a party next door. If you’re a female traveling by yourself, I definitely do not recommend this place.

Nice room for independent stay in Berlin

Tiny, but nice room that had everything we needed. Great location. Many big sights within walking distance and U-bahn around the corner. Lovely coffee shops and restaurants in the streets close by as well as grocery stores with generous opening hours. This is a great place for a city holiday. Hotel reception is highly unavailable, stated opening hours do not apply in practice. Stated emergency number did not work either. Wi-fi typically non-functional. Apparently there are issues with the supplier and the reception has a solution for additional bandwidth, but then again they would have to be present to provide it. This seems to be a very quiet area. On the Saturday night there was live music somewhere in the building (not in the hotel) until 4 am. If sleep is important to you, it might be worth checking out if there are any concerts planned during your stay. Basically just make sure you do not need any additional hotel service except checkin/out and you’ll have a great stay.
