Our cabin was quite small for 4 people. The pull out sofa was extremely uncomfortable. The bedroom was too small, almost claustiphobic with walls on 3 sides. But it was very clean and utensils and pots and pans available. Only one pool was open and the store closes before 5:30. You have an extreme uphill/downhil climb to get to the pools. Most sites are secluded so it was very quiet campground.

Not a great Value.
We reserved a Cottage and when we checked in they only gave us a Cabin. No A/C! They don't seen to want to help much if you are not a Thousand Trails member. The pillows in the cabin are way to FAT and no one would want to use them.

WiFi was not clear. All the cabin below info says free wifi- but in real life only available on lodges. We left 1 day early due to no WiFi -
It’s crazy to say we’re dependent on WiFi due to kids with disabilities. My boy is disabled- having wifi is a way to communicate and for safety. You guys need to update that section on booking . Remove the word free wifi. If we have known no WiFi we did not booked any of your cabins
