The condo was extremely clean upon arrival and it was really nice not needing to physically check in. The view was absolutely stunning which made the balcony a great place to relax day and night. Overall, this was a great location and I’ll definitely be back!

This is our 2nd time staying with Long Beach resorts through southern vacation rentals. It was a very easy in and out process which left so much more time for us to enjoy the beach and vacation we try to take every year. There’s a number you can text if you need anything (late check outs, codes, extended stays) we stayed on the 11th floor & the 2nd floor this year and they both was very nice & comfy!!

Condo was very clean and comfortable, kitchen was well stocked. The view from every room was beautiful! The building is having some work done on the outside but it did not affect our stay. I will definitely book with Southern Vacation Rentals again in the future.

So much to list. This company, Southeast Rentals, are kiars and scammers. The check in process was a nightmare. They are knowingly renting units u der false pretenses.

This apartment has the potential to be stellar. What we wanted most was an unobstructed view of the gulf and privacy which this unit delivered 100%. It’s good value for money. The bed is comfortable, location, parking and beach access are great. Improvements that would make us want to book this unit again. It starts at the front door a simple coat of paint would make all the difference instead of the rusty corroded look it currently has. The popcorn ceilings are stained with what looks like mildew. Some of the kitchen cabinets are worn and falling apart, the living room fan even in the lowest setting wobbles like it’s going to come out ceiling. The toilet runs constantly and the real kicker is that tents are allowed to set up between you and the water if you have a lounge chair at the beach. On a positive note we had a noise issue which management took care of very quickly we were also missing some basic kitchen accessories and they provided those quickly as well they were very attentive and polite. We very much enjoy the trip and the building but if we come back we would be looking for a different unit with a little more refinement
Entrance door
Ceilings in both rooms appear to have mildew.
Peeling paint on the terrace. Chunks came down during our stay
Metal trim popped off when opening cabinet

Secure parking. Beautiful view. Plenty of dining options. Walmart and souvenir shop. Wish the giant pool was heated a little. It's nice that the resort is secure but that's too many codes to remember for the room and beach gate.
