A localização é excelente, entre uma avenida com muitos bares e restaurante e próximo à praia. Foi fácil acessar a comunicação com a equipe do "Pé na areia". Para quem está de carro é uma boa opção. Porém, para quem viaja sem carro, vivenciei algumas dificuldades. Tive que levar travesseiro, lençol, toalha de rosto, toalha individual, base para filtro de café, o que aumentou muito minha bagagem. Além disso, precisei pegar uber e passar no endereço da sede (no bairro da Aviação) para pegar e entregar as chaves. Alguns objetos e móveis necessitam ser renovados no apartamento também, como armários, alguns utensílios de cozinha e o escorredor.
