The check-in process was horrible, but the stay was wonderful. Amazing food, great service and a truly beautiful resort! Absolute paradise! El Dorado Generations and El Dorado Casitas Royale have better food, service and overall amenities than El Dorado Royale.

El Dorado Royale is an incredible resort. The grounds and food are amazing. The staff customer service is some of the best in the Riveira Maya area. I would happily return as often as possible!

The resort was exactly as described! The food was exquisite at every location. I went on this trip solo and had a fantastic time. Just a tip, make sure to make your reservations for dinner with your concierge the day you arrive to make the process easier. I did have an issue with checking out, but it did not impede on me getting to the airport.
