Had the unfortunate experience that only our room did not have internet service in the TV, not the biggest of issue but 3 trips over two days for them to finally lets us know. Also please note you must let staff know via the “do not disturb” sign, whether you want your bed done or clean towels, this was not communicated. Bar service for the beach doesn’t start until after 1pm. The staff is great without a doubt, the pools areas are beautiful, having beach access and palapas was great, food is good, but these little details left us disappointed.

The room was clean. The air conditioning was pretty noisy. There is evidence of mold everywhere. The hallways are dark and it seems that you are walking inside a Fransiscan convent or monastery. The room is old and it does not have enough furniture. The parking lot is medium size. There is a group of coaties walking around the parking lot and the lobby. They do not look aggressive but I keep my distance from them because it is a family of around 10 animals. There is nothing around the hotel. You need a taxi or a car

Es un hotel ya muy viejo y no lo han remodelado, tiene detalles de falta de mantenimiento, la calidad de los alimentos en el buffet de desayuno están abajo de lo que pagas, no están mal pero podrían estar mejor . En general el costo beneficio está un poco abajo de lo esperado

No hubo luz durante toda la estancia, la mayoria de las amenidades estaban cerradas o en reparación, no habia internet en la habitación. Los servicios de alimentos eran a la carta cuando anuncian que es buffet. Al no haber luz no habia servico de bebidas con licuadoras, pura cerveza y licor

La ubicación y amenidades del club de playa son muy buenas se encuentran en buen estado. Se puede notar una falta de mantenimiento en las habitaciones, el servicio muy lejos de lo que un hotel se esté precio podría ser. No hay internet incluido en las habitaciones, la llave de la habitación y caja fuerte todavía es la típica llave clásica en lugar de algo digital. La comida tiene buen sabor pero no hay muchas opciones. En conclusión puedes pasar una buena experiencia en el club de playa si tienes niños siendo consciente de las carencias antes mencionadas. El precio no considero que justifique lo que es.

Muy descuidado pero con buen servicio y alimentos.

Cuando lo visite en familia en el 2001 que era de grupo MAEVA al igual que el de Manzanillo era un hotel o resort todo incluido que lo superaba el de Manzanillo en animación y en espectaculos nocturnos e instalaciones pero considerando que el precio es menor no estaba mal pero este fin del 2023 que regreso con mi familia me encontre con un hotel muy descuidado con cero mantenimiento en general desde las puertas de acceso a todas las areas comunes en especial del sanitarios y un poco las habitaciones , el servicio del personal es bueno se esmeran por atenderte, la comida es variada , suficiente y con buen sazon pero en el reestaurante Maria Cata que acudi por el numero de nocches a comida y cena el primer dia se les termino el filete de res y el segundo el pollo ??? por lo que ordene algo diferente es increible pero cierto en general es un hotel regular que deberian de vender o comprar una cadana como IHG , Hampton Inn, Camino Real u otro y rescatarlo del abandono y descuido de decadas !!!

Instalaciones de alberca súper cool!

En general bien, las albercas e instalaciones de playa .. muy buenas.. solo les falta modernizar un poco los baños y poner mobiliario en el Balcón para sentarse y pasar un rato agradable .
