This place is great if you want to stay a few nights. However if you have a long stay they charge extra for a cleaning and for extra towels. Not like regular hotels. But other than that the room is spacious the view is pleasant, it has a small kitchen which is great for breakfast and a market right outside. The location is great and the access is very easy. I would stay there again.

Photos donā€™t do justice to xtay .It was a spotless building with luxury finishings and everything was automated .However if I had any questions I could contact them via chat and they would always respond kindly and fast .The room was gorgeous .Everything was thought of and it was very clean .Very spacious and comfortable.The building was right on the middle of a park where families spend their days .Well located too .Would definitively recommend .

Cama muito confortĆ”vel, ducha forte, ar condicionado potente, cozinha com equipamentos para preparo de refeiƧƵes rĆ”pidas. Tudo funciona muito bem. NĆ£o possui portaria, todo acesso Ć© realizado por senha: muita praticidade e discriĆ§Ć£o. Como fiquei em andar alto, o visual Ć© nota 10. O estĆŗdio fica na melhor localizaĆ§Ć£o de PalhoƧa. O Studio Ć© muito confortĆ”vel e a infraestrutura geral Ć© muita boa. Os mĆ³veis e demais equipamentos sĆ£o novos, tudo funcionou perfeitamente e estava limpo. O acesso e deslocamento entre as Ć”reas Ć© muito fĆ”cil tambĆ©m, nĆ£o tivemos nenhum problema. Minha Ćŗnica ressalva Ć© com um ruĆ­do incĆ“modo e constante de algum equipamento (condensadora de ar condicionado ou de aquecimento) que provavelmente estĆ” na cobertura. Ficamos no Ćŗltimo andar e por isso esse barulho foi mais perceptĆ­vel. No primeiro dia entrei em contato com a equipe e fui muito bem atendida, inclusive, mas nĆ£o havia outro studio disponĆ­vel para a troca.

A acomodaĆ§Ć£o e a localizaĆ§Ć£o foram incrĆ­veis! Essa questĆ£o da comunicaĆ§Ć£o estritamente online dificulta a resoluĆ§Ć£o de pequenos problemas. Exemplo: a sanduicheira e a cafeteira nĆ£o funcionaram e eu nĆ£o consegui a resoluĆ§Ć£o no mesmo dia. Acho bem chato ficar tentando respostas pelo WhatsApp, em viagem nĆ£o gosto de perder tempo com conversinha online, quero passear. Deveria ter um responsĆ”vel in loco.
