We like that the location was right on the beach. We also enjoyed the pool in the bar in the lobby and area smelt well will utilize the gym daily but could’ve been a little bigger with more equipment. Check-in was horrible. We had to wait several hours even after 4 PM but overall it was a great stay

The room was clean if more than 4 will need to run down housekeepers for extra towels and washcloths. Rooms we pretty spacious loved the double balcony. Kids loved the waterslide a your littles can come down with you.

The staff was wonderful and the room clean. It was nice having pools for both the kids and adults, and close together. It was also nice having restaurants on property or within walking distance, especially if you don’t want to have to drive.

We stayed at a hotel for 3 nights and it was time to leave, but our backs hurt and didn't want to hack the drive. So I found this hotel and decided we would stay a night and ended up staying 2. This place was AMAZING!! We all finally felt like we was on vacation finally.

My only issue was that there is no A/C in the hallways so it got hot pretty fast and that the parents weren't supervising their kids, so they were acting out and harassing folks. Overall the place was great 7.5/10

Friendly staff. The room was clean, nothing special about it. Towels for the pool area are complimentary. Access to the beach is easy. Great for families with kids because the bar is right at the pool with a DJ during the day. The Italian Ice hut has great prices. Pool closes at 11 pm. There's a small arcade area. Elevators were clean. The only time there was backup was during checkout.

This is our second time staying here. Before and after the renovations. We thoroughly enjoy staying here. It has everything you need for your family from the nice views, nice rooms, all the outdoor pool amenities (the water slide was a hit this time around) and enjoyed the music by the pool. Walking distance to Starbucks and river city cafe is another plus. Will be back again, thanks
