This was a nice hotel, with a nice day person at the front desk. The website is wrong in saying that there is a free airport shuttle, there is not and hasn't been according to personnel for a long time. It was also horrible trying to park at this hotel. You must pay for a ticket at a machine and post it in your window IF you can even find a place to park. The room was clean and nice. The evening person at the desk was wonderful. Would not stay here again for the location, though.

This was a convenient place to stay when using the train station. The rooms were clean and were fine for a short stay. I will say the air conditioning was “on” but my room was still warmer than outside (without an option to open a window). If air conditioning is a deciding factor for you, I would look elsewhere if traveling in the summer. Otherwise, this is a decent place to stay.

Good location close to the train station and plenty of restaurants nearby. A short walk to the beautiful old town. I chose this property because it promised shuttle to the airport, but that was misleading- they "help" you with calling for a cab or with using public transportation! Very disappointing (We hired a car through Bolt- turned out to be 1/2 the price of a taxi or Uber). Another minus was the weak air-conditioning system. Staff were very friendly and overall helpful.

Very close to the train station, shopping, bars and restaurants. Kitchenette is basic but does the trick, beds a little too soft for my liking but otherwise a great stay.

The hotel was extremely dirty, and the staff were unfriendly. It’s located in a very rough and noisy neighborhood in Frankfurt, on a street that is also quite dirty. I strongly advise being cautious before booking, as my experience was very disappointing.

Hotel location is very good. It is very close to train station and walking distance to all major tourist attractions. The only issue was as it is on a very crowded street , i can hear the noise on the street.
