Great place to stay with family. Quiet and pool is clean. Private beach is walking distance. Shuttle is available all the time. Some fixtures in the unit needs upgrading, like the shower and taps started to have some rusts. Shower did not have hot water. All the rest was great!

I was traveling solo and the resort and staff made me feel very safe. Highly recommend. And I love that once you get there they have excursions for you to book through them so that made me feel even safer. I already had one excursion booked through another site, but I did take advantage of another tour they had available which was a boat party and that was amazing. The concierge lady named Myaaa I believe was very helpful through my whole day and the receptionist Aaron and the young lady was very helpful as well during my stay highly recommend this resort and they do have restaurants on the resort that are pretty delicious as well and access to the beach was so amazing.

I went to the beach. No hot tub. Did not get in the pool. The room was clean. I did not eat at the restaurants other than Coco Mar. I planned my trip and airfare through Expedia. I enjoyed the trip a lot and plan on going back again next year

The rooms don’t include basic necessities e.g wash cloth, proper towels. The towel are torn up and the prices of food on the resort are extremely overrated, leave the resort & go to the main area. I was referred by a local to visit Noah Restaurant, it was amazing & the prices are clear VS the resort everything is in pesos, so u get tricked easily. Workers at the resorts are nice & helpful.. also, the location of the resort is far away from the main area abt 50 mins out. The ride from PUJ to the resort is abt an hour..

It was good but stayed previous year and it was better. No safe in room. No cleaning service that is an Upcharge. The staff did not seem as happy. Restaurant on beach is gone besides that everything else was wonderful.
