I went to the beach. No hot tub. Did not get in the pool. The room was clean. I did not eat at the restaurants other than Coco Mar. I planned my trip and airfare through Expedia. I enjoyed the trip a lot and plan on going back again next year

The rooms don’t include basic necessities e.g wash cloth, proper towels. The towel are torn up and the prices of food on the resort are extremely overrated, leave the resort & go to the main area. I was referred by a local to visit Noah Restaurant, it was amazing & the prices are clear VS the resort everything is in pesos, so u get tricked easily. Workers at the resorts are nice & helpful.. also, the location of the resort is far away from the main area abt 50 mins out. The ride from PUJ to the resort is abt an hour..

It was good but stayed previous year and it was better. No safe in room. No cleaning service that is an Upcharge. The staff did not seem as happy. Restaurant on beach is gone besides that everything else was wonderful.

This is a wonderful resort. We stayed for 2 weeks and the first week was excellent. The second week we needed to change penthouse suite as there was something wrong with out jacuzzi then the second penthouse suite we couldn’t use the jacuzzi as you would get a shock as soon as you touch the water they showed up right away to fix it. But as soon as we went to use it it would shock again. So we never had a jacuzzi for halt our stay.

Overall a nice hotel. Both pools were clean and fun for the kids, the beach was beautiful (about a ten minute walk from our room), The rooms were clean, the kitchen fairly well equipped. Cleaning supplies would have been nice given you have to pay for room cleaning. More dining options would have been good but the available options were decent in quality. It was great having a supermarket in the resort, albeit a fairly small one. The staff were nice and helpful, although checkout did take an hour. A great option for the price. We enjoyed our stay.
