Had a great stay here! The front desk staff were so helpful introducing us to the property, apartment had all we needed and the location was great for walking to the main sights of Edinburgh. Would happily stay here again!

This was a rambling set of apartments that was apparently student housing. It was overpriced and poorly upkept. The beds were comfortable but one barely fit in the bedroom The living room and kitchen were large and equipped with washing machine (no dryer) and dishwasher. The apartment had dust or grime in the corners, mold on the bathroom ceiling and fixtures that had fallen apart (cupboard above the oven was just propped up, soap dispensers in the bathroom had fallen off). A cleaning crew noisily pushed a cart directly under the bedroom window before 8:30am even though check out was at 11.

Everything you need is close by. Very walk-able, and easy bus connections too. This is our 3rd prolonged stay, 2-4 weeks each time. Very congenial staff!

Apartment was very clean and well resourced. Staff were extremely helpful on arrival. No balcony or views as we were ground floor and surrounded by bins but the window screens worked well to disguise this. Bed was extremely comfortable. Great value for money.
