The property location is very close to MOA. Entrance to condo is very nice and clean. However, we notice the poor or substandard unit structure. Some walls and cabinet paints are peeling, cabinet doors need fixing. Shampoo smells bad. And body wash not properly dispensing. But the overall price per stay is reasonable and budget friendly.

We stayed in the property while waiting for our flight and everything was great! The communication with the personnel was truly remarkable as MJ made sure to be updated from before we arrived up until we check out. The place was clean and good, the only thing missing would be a kettle. Would definitely stay again!

The location was great. Walking distance to mall of Asia and IKEA. Check in is easy. Room is clean and spacious. Only thing is no hot water, still my stay is great. Hope they keep the price as it is. Will definitely stay again at sea residences .

Superb stay at Tower B, the host assistant provided us with the rules and information that is needed, a deposit made cash will be returned in gcash..so if ur from a different country ask and make sure that it’ll be returned in cash aswell. The pool is awesome and the location
