Its a great location. Easy parking, nice bed and towels, wonderful shower head. Just know on Tuesdays its $2 Tuesday next door at the Sea Grape and the Fairfield U kids spill out onto the sidewalk and it can be quite noisy. Wednesday nights is the Lamb Jam which is a lot of fun and a much older crowd. You will hear them from your room but its nice. There is a market across the street with breakfast sandwiches and other casual food plus a liquor store. So close to downtown Fairfield. Beaches are close but only open to town residents during season. Overall i love it, but bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper.

Clean and comfortable room, great location by the beach. It is right next to the Sea Grape, so expect some noise, but it wasn't too bad.

The room was very clean and spacious with great amenities (ie fridge, sink, coffee) but the walls were pretty, which made it difficult to sleep in because we could hear a lot from the other rooms. Also, the bar downstairs is very active and was packed, so it’s good for party-goers.
