The apartment was lovely and in a quiet street but no more than 10 mins walk from cafes, bars and attractions. The whole place was a little oasis of calm. The kitchen and bathrooms were well appointed and the view of the castle from the upstairs bedroom was spectacular. The only negative was we booked as a three bedroom apartment but when we arrived one of the beds is actually in the kitchen living area, not a problem for us as we were travelling as a family but something to bare in mind if travelling in a group. We would stay again if in Prague

I was a little worried before arriving having looked at some of the reviews on google after I had booked but I was really happy with the accommodation, which was newly refurbished, very clean and had everything we needed. The location is great with easy access either walking or on public transport to both Old and New Town. The host was responsive to questions I had prior to my arrival and the key collection was easy to follow. I also received my security deposit back within 24 hours as promised on the website. I would definitely book to stay here again if I return to Prague.

The property was beautiful and safe! It’s completely hands off (no reception on site) so you’ll need to be able to have access to cell service/WhatsApp to get the information to find your key, but it’s a great location! Will stay again!

Communication was fast and available 24/7. The mattress, bedding, and towels were excellent. Luggage storage was easy at the hotel next door. Quiet air conditioning, great location, and a spacious, comfortable room. Fresh towels and cleaning were provided during my stay.

The great experience started with perfect transfer from airport, the beautiful ancient architecture of the hotel appartment...like castle.....amazing great appartment with huge rooms and with every amenity you would dream ....two bathrooms wich is very important for large groops....small balcony ....and of course the lift wich make transportation of luggage easier......Prague experience was perfect....we will defenetly will come again!

We were in a an apartment with a sofa bed. my only criticism would be that there was a sticky area by the sofa when the bed was put away. We had to keep the bed out. apart from that. beautiful apartment, great location. would stay again. thanks so much!

Room is nice. But you need to walk up stairs to reach the room or lift. And the air conditioning only available in the living room. The bedroom did not have any air conditioning which made the air very still that people with allergy rhinitis may feel bad.

Note that only some units have a washer and there are no laundry facilities either onsite or nearby. No noise from the outside but the people staying on my floor were loud, arguing in the hallway, etc...but that is likely a one off. Water shut off at one point but was quickly resolved (management is very responsive).

Excellent place and location to stay when visiting Prague. Walking distance to all attractions. Don’t miss Petrin Hill for the best views of Prague. Took off one star for some of the minor annoyances. Kitchen table is not near a power source so it is impossible to work on it with a laptop. Provide extension… Drying rack for towels worked for one day and then stopped working. It would be good to have a “user manual” for the apartment, explain things like how to unlock the cooking range, etc. All in all, it is still an excellent place to stay and we loved it.

체크인 절차가 약간 복잡하다고 들어서 미리 왓츠앱 통해 문의했고 잘 응대해주었습니다. 보증금 선 결제 후 어떻게 건물에 들어가는지, 객실키는 어떻게 찾을 수 있는지 안내 문자를 받았고 이게 조금 불편할 수도 있다고 생각되지만 크게 불편하지 않았습니다. 왓츠앱을 통해 필요한것 요청하면 원하는 시간에 제공되었고, 응답도 빠른편입니다. 다음에 또 가게된다면 다시 묵을 의향 있어요! 우에즈드 트램역 앞이라 교통 편리하고 좋았고, 주방이 있어 음식 해먹기도 좋았습니다. 가족들에게 좋은 숙소인것 같아요

Sehr schöne, saubere Wohnung in zentraler Lage und trotzdem völlig ruhig. Wir hätten uns lediglich über einen Hinweis, welche Kaffeemaschine vorhanden ist bzw. alternativ ein paar Kapseln für den Start gefreut.
