Disappointing stay overall. On arrival, the staff couldnโ€™t find my reservation, and communication was poor, making check-in stressful. Before arriving, I tried to arrange a car transfer but received little to no response and eventually gave up. The room did not match the description online and had a noticeable smoke smell, which made it uncomfortable. The bedding was also inadequateโ€”we were given a duvet cover with no duvet inside, and it wasnโ€™t large enough to cover two people as it appeared to be single-sized. Overall, the experience fell short due to disorganization, lack of communication, and room quality.
