Bathroom needs hangers for towels. Room need a table, chair anything to put stuff on top. Internet does not work well. Pillows are terrible.

The reception staff was excellent. There was a problem with the reservation but they calmly worked through it until it was solved. I rnjoyed my stay. Perfect.

The only hotel in the world where you cannot sleep! There is a club beneath the building. And several more right in front of the the building, blasting music you can hear from even on the top-most floor of the hotel and reverberates the entire building. The maintenance of the property is very poor. Walls of the rooms and hallways full of scuff. Windows not closing; and definitely not thick enough to filter the softness noise. Yes the hotel rates are cheap. But it is a total waste of money. The pictures on the website is so FAR from reality. The “reception” has only two scripts they know by heart— “we do not have it” and “oh we cannot do that”. Do not book this hotel- a total waste of money. And this is coming from someone who has been in the hotel industry for decades. This is the absolute worst hotel I have seen and experienced in my life. I do not want to bash the hotel. I just want to warn the customers who deserves better….

Decent enough for the price.

I stayed at a suite but it was across a bar. It was too loud and this was in the afternoon on a weekday. I requested to change rooms and luckily they found me one but a smaller room. The neighbors are noisy as well. The suite was an average of ₱2500 (discounted) then the standard room was I think ₱2200 per night. You would hear knocking and stomping all throughout the evening. They don’t offer cleaning services because it’s an apartment. I stayed at 212. It was quieter but you can still hear loud music. The room is good. Liquid soap and dish soap were empty. They have a stove but you’re not allowed to cook and no kettle because the apartments are fully booked. For the price, you can’t really complain.

Espaço adequado, com boa relação custo/benefício. Os arredores são um pouco barulhentos, por causa da intensa vida noturna, o que pode causar um pouco de preocupação no início, mas não chega a atrapalhar. Excelente acesso às principais regiões do centro de São Paulo e ao metrô.

Conforme outros comentários, o barulho a noite é grande, quem tem um sono leve (que não é meu caso) pode ter dificuldade de dormir a noite por conta do volume alto de música dos bares ao redor. Ótima localização, Quarto funcional, cama confortável, banheiro grande mas box pequeno (e que molha o banheiro todo quando aberto pois é direcionado pra porta de abertura). Lençol com manchas, aparência de sujo. Uma excelente opção econômica de hospedagem em São Paulo

Por ser configurado para pessoas com mobilidade reduzida o quarto é bem simples e não dispõe de itens como mesa, cadeira ou box no banheiro, que são comuns nos demais tipos de quarto. Por isso evite reservar nele caso você não tenha este perfil/condição e precise trabalhar.

Razoável a estadia. O pessoal que trabalha é nota 10 Os quartos podem melhorar na estrutura que vai desde o enxoval a manutenção da estrutura. Sem falar no elevador de serviço que pela segunda vez nao estava funcionando.

Limpeza deixou a desejar, tinha tufinho de cabelo no banheiro. As paredes são muito finas, o que faz com que todo barulho seja considerável pra te acordar (mesmo ficando no fundo, não de frente pros bares). Limpeza de lençóis, fronha e toalhas estava boa. A comunicação com a recepção também.

A nossa hospedagem não foi satisfatória. A roupa de cama aparentava não ter sido devidamente trocada ou higienizada, e o chão estava sujo, com cabelos acumulados nos cantos do quarto. A cortina também precisava de melhorias, pois deixava entrar uma fresta de luz diretamente no rosto durante a manhã. Além disso, o principal problema foi o excesso de barulho. A rua do hotel é cercada por bares com música alta que segue até o início da manhã, tornando muito difícil descansar, especialmente para quem tem sono leve. Considerando o valor da diária, a experiência não apresentou um bom custo-benefício. O preço é elevado para o nível de desconforto oferecido.
