This is a new condo, very modern and super clean. Included everything needed for a great stay. Amenities were superb, we enjoyed grilling on the rooftop with views to the hotel area, and the pool. Great location close to the kite beach, which I enjoyed several times.

Everything was clean and comfortable. The staff was excellent. The only thing I'd say is that it was more than the 12 minute walk to beach it was more like 30 minutes therefore a rental car is necessary.
