La struttura era molto pulita ma non dispone di aria condizionata, nell'appartamento è disponibile sono un ventilatore verticale. Non definisco questa esperienza positiva perché l'assistenza è disponibile solo fino alle ore 21. Dopo le 24, al nostro rientro in struttura c'è stato un black out in tutto il quartiere e, avendo solo una chiave elettronica non riuscivamo ad accedere nell'appartamento. Abbiamo provato a chiamare il servizio clienti più volte ma la chiamata prima ci è stata rifiutata e poi il numero è divenuto irraggiungibile, ricevendo una risposta solo la mattina seguente. Siamo stati costretti ad aspettare circa un'ora, al buio sotto la struttura (in zona adiacente alla stazione) che i Vigili del Fuoco ripristinassero la corrente.
