Great stay

Really lovely hotel. Clean and comfortable and was in a great location. Breakfast was ok but could have been more on offer but this wouldn’t stop me from staying here again.

Hotel in a good location walkable to both the Old town and Jewish quarter. Breakfast was simple but adequate. Was able to store our personal belongings on the last day which was a bonus. Would recommend to Family and friends.

This was our 4th time staying at this hotel and we were more than happy with our stay and definitely will be booking again in the near future Expedia was good to book with as usual the hotel is in the lovely Jewish area and very pretty but walking distance to main square and Schindlers lovely room and outside area which was a bonus as weather was beautiful can’t wait to go again

Located in the Jewish quarter which is the best part of krakow for restaurants and is a great place to explore. Has air con which is great as you can’t really open the windows at night as the trams can be a bit noisy and so can the groups of stag and hen groups singing down the street.

The breakfast was absolutely outstanding, offering a wide variety of fresh, delicious options that catered to every taste. The staff were exceptionally welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure we felt at home. This was an aparthotel and we were not sure what to expect. Location was great. The beds were comfortable. A window blind kept falling off and could not be closed. There was a kitchenette for basics but no kitchen towel should we wish to wash and dry the dishes. There was no real daily housekeeping. There were no wash cloths or facial tissue. The shower temperature was difficult to regulate. The breakfast was complete and there was excellent service there. There was also excellent service at reception.

Schone kamer, moderne badkamer, makkelijk parkeren, uitstekend ontbijt, lekkere bedden. Enig minpuntje is als je, zoals wij, aan achterkant van gebouw zit, je erg veel lawaai - ook gedurende de nacht - van de passerende treinen ervaart. Als je licht slaapt, oordoppen meebrengen. Hotel biedt die ook standaard aan. Voor alle bezienswaardigheden in Krakau echt een ideale locatie.

Pontos positivos: localização, valor, limpeza e quarto muito bom. Pontos negativos: os funcionários, tenho cirurgia do estômago, e um dia no café peguei uma salsicha para comer depois um funcionário me chamou a atenção na frente de todos mundo que eu não poderia ter pego e levado para o quadro. Acho que eu errei, mas ele não deveria ter me chamado a atenção na frente de todos. E um dia a recepção que era 24 horas ao chegarmos se uma passeio estava fechada e nos sem a chave do quarto. Mas de resto tudo muito bom.

Leiter ist in den 4 Tagen das Zimmer nicht eineinziges mal gereinigt worden. Das Zimmer war soweit ok. Das Frühstück ist ausreichen und im frischen Zustand und ausreichender Menge da. Aber das größte Problem ist das Klosterpflichtige Parken und das man sehr schnell einen Strafzettel bekommt. MfG. Jakob
