Views were amazing. Everything worked. Full kitchen! Nice sitting area and huge balcony. It is an older property, but well kept - except for the beds, bed sheets & towels. Upgrades in those departments would definitely change the comfort tremendously. Our bed had lumps and our sheets had holes.

The management seems to be an issue. There are no 24/7 business centre as advertised. Management is not on site all the time a leave site leaving untrained or incompetent front desk staff to just be there but not able to do anything. Also I was unable to an invoice for site charges and was send from one to another. The property and location is great, but be prepared for management issues to impact your stay.

The hotel resort itself was amazing... the view off the balcony, absolutely breath taking. The location waa also great, along with the residents and cleanliness. There were a few last minute things that I wasnt informed of and a few damaged parts that needed to be maintained, but overall it was definitely and 8 out of 10 for me. I loved it.

Walked in the room first thing I see on the kitchen counter is a big shower curtain and a pole just left there, not enough blanket, pillow, horrible communication at the host, the pool was heated one day and the next two days it wasn’t because they said it was broken, stains on the sheets, shower door didn’t close all the way it was always left open 6 inches which caused a lot of water to come onto the bathroom floor, the last day we were there we were a family of six and we couldn’t take showers because there was no hot water in the building, also the day before we left, their elevators were down for over 5 hours we had to go 32 floor and we were stuck on the ninth floor for over five hours. It was a nightmare. We also need a towel towels. We never got towels when we requested them. We kept going downstairs to the front desk and they said they can’t do nothing because we pretty much booked this from a private owner and I’m only allowed to speak to the host which they gave me a telephone number which they never answer and when I do get them to answer, I tell him my issues and they say they’re gonna call me back and they never did. I’m still waiting for a call and I just left today.
